What to put in the message
You do not need a brief. Your website address is enough to get a useful reply, because most of what we need we can see for ourselves once we know where to look.
If you want a sharper answer, add what you sell and who you sell it to, the city or region you care about, and anything you have already tried. That last one saves us both time. If an agency has worked on your site before, saying so tells us a lot about what we are walking into.
If you are not sure what to ask, say that too. Plenty of people arrive knowing something is wrong without knowing the words for it. Working that out is part of the job.
How fast you will hear back
Usually within a day. If it takes longer, it is because we are actually looking at your site before replying, not because your message is sitting in a queue.
In a hurry, call instead. The number is on this page and it rings a real phone. We would rather you got an answer than sat waiting on an email.
