Why SEO and GEO actually matter.
No sales talk. Just the plain reasons this now matters for any business with a website.

Four reasons this now matters
Google still decides who gets found first
Most people still start with a search. If something on your site stops Google reading it properly, you are already out of the running before anyone lays eyes on you — however good you actually are.
AI tools are becoming a second front door
More and more people now just ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity who to use. If those tools cannot read your site, or have no reason to pick you over the shop down the road, you are missing from that conversation entirely. A few years ago it did not exist. Now it does.
Accessibility is a real legal exposure, not a nice-to-have
Businesses do get sued over websites that blind or disabled customers cannot use, and it is happening more, not less. It is also just more customers. Someone using a screen reader or only a keyboard is a real buyer, not a rare exception.
Doing nothing has a cost, even if it's invisible to you
If a rival turns up on Google or in an AI answer and you do not, they get the customer. Nothing breaks. No warning appears. It just looks like a quiet week.
Where the proof comes from
Three facts, each with a link so you can check it yourself instead of taking our word for it.
of shoppers used AI to find a local business last year
The year before it was 6%. Count Google's own AI answers and it reaches 76%.
BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026more likely to be quoted, just by adding a quote
Adding real numbers and linking your sources help almost as much. Stuffing the page with keywords did worse than changing nothing.
GEO, ACM SIGKDD 2024of the businesses we checked were ready for it
Those same sites score 83.4 out of 100 on normal Google search. These are not bad websites.
Our own checks — see how we did itI will not promise you a ranking or a guaranteed AI citation, because nobody can honestly promise either. What I can do is measure where you stand now, fix what is genuinely holding you back, and show you the before and after using the same prompts both times.

None of this is a reason to panic. It is a reason to find out where you actually stand instead of guessing. That is all the free check does.
Get Your Visibility AuditFind out what AI says about you.
Send us your web address. We run our own tool on it, free, and send you what it says. The whole thing — not a taster with the useful bits taken out.
Whether AI can even read your site
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google and Bing all send a small program to read your pages. We knock on your door as each one and see who gets let in. If they are being turned away, nothing else matters until that is fixed.
Two scores out of 100 — one for Google, one for AI
Plus what is behind each number. Where we could only make a fair guess, we say so instead of dressing it up as a measurement.
A list of fixes, best one first
Ordered by what gives you the most for the least work, so the top of the list is the quickest win. It is yours either way — use it with us or without us.
We ran it on our own site too. It told us what we were getting wrong, and we published that. A tool you will not point at yourself is not worth much.
One thing the free check does not do: actually ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for businesses like yours, dozens of times, and count how often your name comes up. That costs us real money each time we run it, so it comes with paid work.
